How to download your ITR from the Department website
Step 1: Go to the Income Tax India website
(https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/) and login using your PAN
Step 2: Select e-File then select Income Tax Returns and click on the View Filed
Returns
Step 3: Click on Download Form on the selected period to begin the download

ITR-3 - Sample copy for Proprietor
ITR-4 - Sample copy for Proprietorship / Partnership
ITR-5 - Sample copy for Partnership Firm
ITR-6 - Sample copy for Pvt Ltd & Public Limited
