How to Create a Support ticket for actyv.ai
For New users – choose the Sign-up option to create an account, and an invitation will be sent to the registered email
Existing members – use the registered email and password to log in
Click on the 'My Area' to create/view the list of tickets created Home – use the search bar to find the tickets
My Area – Here you can see the list of tickets created with the status and filters
Add Ticket – To add an issue ticket, click on the Add ticket button
Submit the Details, you will receive an acknowledgement email mentioning the ticket number. An Agent should reach out to you shortly.
The ticket details of your submitted tickets can also be viewed on the Customer Portal
